Towel itself could be of better quality. The lettering is adorable.

The towels are great quality/size and the lettering is good. Also the customer service from the lady was fab, very personable. My only gripe is that the 'red' towel I chose from the picture on the net is actually maroon so for my 6 yr old daughter it wasn't the right colour. I expected blood red like the picture. My pink one for the 4 yr old was lovely.

I bought the towels for my 10 grandchildren. They are very good quality and so adorable. You should have seen my Grandchildren's eyes when they came to Grandma's house and saw a towel with their name on it. It was priceless. Also, they only use their towel now so I don't have beach towels laying all over the place.

Have ordered these now multiple times for kids bdays. Always get rave reviews. The towels are nice quality and the the sewing of the letters top notch. Well worth the price and her customer service is great. She is very quick to respond to your towel and letter pattern choices. I got two of these towels recently and am quite pleased with them. They are not your average embroidered towels, but add a splash of extra color with the fabric letters that are attached to make the name. They arrived very quickly and in a nice clear bag that makes a good gift bag or can easily be further disguised with wrapping paper or another gift bag.

I recently ordered four towels for my children as gifts for Christmas. I placed order on a Saturday night and received them by Wedsnesday.
