Whould this product be able to cut through metaphorically the arm of a small child

HYPOTHETICALLY not metaphorically, either way this is a ridiculously disturbing thing to ask... Go back to first grade English instead of mutilating children.

can i fly like a ninja when i use it?

This does not answer your question but I'd just like to say that I died laughing after reading that, thanks for that

When you first get them are they sharp anough to cut through a pumpkin or watermelon without a lot of force

yeah, pretty much, they have enough edge and weight where you could just do a gravity cut on a melon or pumpkin with no effort
