I love this fan! It’s very powerful. More than once I’ve had to check to see if I had it on high, but it was only on medium. It does have a fan sound to it, which I like. So if you want a quiet fan, this isn’t for you. Though it’s not so loud you can’t hear the tv next to it. I need the white noise. The remote controls fan speed, timer, and on/off. Simple, but effective and batteries included. It has a good range of reach. I bought the 16” for my room because it fits better than a bigger one. This has the kind of wind you get from those more expensive metal floor fans. It’s so nice and keeps you really cool. It was fairly easy to put together as I’m familiar with how they’re built. I just had to realize one of the caps was righty loosey/lefty tighty. Not used to that. It’s printed on the cap In the same color as the cap, so hard to read. I’ve had it a couple weeks now and so far, so good. Got it on a good deal which I waited for. Gotta grab those deals!

Old school rotating fan with full power, in the hottest room in the house (more powerful then my ceiling fan) has a heavy base, easy to put together includes remote control you’ll need 2 AAA batteries. Rather put my $30 here than any other brand, couldn’t sleep due to the heat the night I bought this and never had this brand before so glad it turned out perfect. My husband did mention it was slightly loud but I didn’t notice it!

Excellent fan! We have it on our covered patio; it's quiet enough for conversation and moves a lot of air. Definitely worth the price.

I've had this for a little less than 2 months. I use this to push air from a window air conditioner throughout the home, and from an airflow perspective: it's excellent. I really only have one complaint about this unit, and I don't know if it's just my fan or it's prominent in all of them: it has the potential to be loud due to some kind of almost metal klanging noise. I'm not talking about the fan being loud because it's powerful -- it is, but I don't care about that. It's more of a metal-on-metal vibration noise that is sometimes present when using the fan at one of the highest speeds. This happened when I first turned the thing on just after first assembly. I was concerned I'd have to return it due to the price and the noise being unacceptable. I kind of wiggled it, re-seated the fan, and that metal vibration or light "klanging" went away. It has happened a couple of times since. It happened earlier today, but I basically picked the fan up, wiggled it around a bit, and it went away again. I don't know if something is more loose than it should be somewhere, maybe I've done something wrong or there's an overall flaw in the fan. It is a solid fan and probably exceeded my expectations in terms of airflow. I would not buy this exact fan again for home use, though just because if it decides to do the metal vibration or klangy-type noise persistently, I'll have to figure out how to fix it or it will go in the trash. While I wouldn't buy this exact fan again, I would buy the brand again.

I was very pleasantly surprised. This is a great fan.I did some research and comparisons for fans in this price range. This is a well made fan. It doesn't feel cheap. The fan blade cover is made of metal. The stand is very sturdy. Plus it comes with a remote. You won't regret this purchase.

Soooo happy with this fan! 3 speeds, medium, high, and really intense. I live in one 600 square foot space, including Great Room, kitchen, laundry and bath. I turn the oscillation away from where I'm sitting or sleeping, and it makes a wonderful sleeping temp. It reduces my A/C bill a lot. I love the white noise because of all the lawn mowers making it hard to talk on the phone or watch a show. Perfect for napping. It isn't for those looking for a very light breeze, but if you want some power, this is it.

I purchased two fans to compliment the dehumidifier in my large basement. The quality is evident when the fan is unpacked from the box and assembly is easy using directions but not needed for multiple fan assembly. Fans are heavy for carrying a distance but the weight adds to the sturdiness once in place for use. The Oscillating movement is expansive with no strain. The multiple fan blade movement won't disappoint for air flow and speed. The fans have been running continuously for 24 hrs, no squealing or noises heard. The delivery was early. Packing was very good with no damage upon arrival to content. Pricing for the quality and performance of both fans is money well spent for my needs in getting my monies worth. I recommend. PS Had to replace one of the fan's after 6 months of use, the fan just stopped working. Disappointed but fortunately, I still had one of the two that has been working fine after 2 years of seasonal use.

Update: customer service responded to my message shortly after I submitted the review below and provided a full refund. I appreciate their willingness to stand by their word and make things right. This fan was incredibly loud and sounded like a freight train. We live in a very hot and humid state and have several of these fans from various brands. I know they generally aren’t super quiet but they are also not so loud that you can’t hear someone when they are standing next to you in the same room which is how loud this particular fan was. After requesting a return through Amazon, I was contacted by the seller (Spreetail) with an offer to keep the fan for a discounted price. I was initially considering their offer to avoid the hassle of returning it but then the blade broke off while in use the same day. I chatted with their customer service and provided a photo of the broken fan (the exact photo I sent them is included with this review). I was told I would be given a full refund. They also offered to send a brand new fan at no cost but I declined. So I shipped the broken fan back last week and just got a notification today stating they are only giving me a partial refund because the item was returned damaged. I responded to their message asking them to make it right but have not gotten a response.

Great stand fan! I bought one a couple of years ago for an upstairs' bedroom, then bought another. All are working great!

This thing blows! Hard lol, it almost blows itself over it's impressively powerful. I have it for drying hockey gear and damn, it works great. Thought, it is as loud as a helicopter lol lots of air = noise, so no stars off for that.

I love this fan !!! It is easily the best fan I've ever purchased, and I love the remote control too ! The quality is superior and the fan power is amazing... I will also say the customer service is incredible and the people behind this product are number 1 in my books ... thanks Hurricane!!!

Really good fan.

I wasted my time with this product. Seller could not provide cfm. Hurricane manufacturer did not reply for 4 days for my enquiry any cfm. However Going by good reviews I ordered it and its not powerful . Hurricane makes good industrial fans I expected them to build a good residential fan. Random searches on Google mentioned this fan has 3000 cfm but clearly it's nowhere close to 3000. My small woozo fan has similar power to this and it's good for a bedroom but not a living room. I wasted my time researching , assembling, disassembling and returning this. Also the tilt comes back up when fan is oscillating, it does not stay tilted down for more than 1 minute.
