What pole do I use with this brush? I tried poles that I have and none fit.

I bought an aqua select telescoping 6-12ft pool that works well.

Is it safe for Pebble Tec pools?

so far it has been good for my pool which has pebble tec too.

Item is falling apart, and the item description says lifetime warranty, how do I get a refund for this item?

I have the same problem. I used it 2-3 times and is falling apart. I did read the reviews before I bought it but I still wanted to give it a try! Big mistake! Now I am again shopping for a pool brush! So disappointing!

Is there a way to purchase another plastic white piece to keep the brush on the pole?

Typically all pool poles have a spring loaded piece that goes into the hole to hold the pole on. If you're using something different maybe use a screw(s) to hold it on?
