How many watts at 12 volts

Watts is a unit of measurement that is derived by multiplying your current (amps) and Voltage. So the answer to your question is dependent on a couple things. The 300 watt number you see on the listing is an equivalency, not actual. Actual power draw on these is in my experience is less than 150 watts.

Can I install on Polaris Hawkeye atv?

As long as the ATV has 12 volts (battery, generator/alternator) Contact your local dealer for LED add on info. You will need to order the handle bar brackets to mount on handle bars as the lights come with wiring, relay, and just a a stud mount bolt fir universal fit.
