Both broke in days. The rubber top starts to come off. No way to contact supplier after a month of purchase. I rely on these sticks every day.

Firstly, I have long abandoned any attempts to use the paper slots, as you either use half a tree or swear a lot. I use a metal clip or peg, then drop in toilet bowl. Easy! Secondly, these are not waterproof! If you wash under tap, silicone starts sliding, and water seeps. They need to be wiped rather than cleaned under tap. I found this a big problem, given what it does and where.

I have disabilities which make things difficult but if you able to keep standing between uses then this product is OK. The head which holds loo paper is made of a very strong rubber that doesn't seem to want to let go, if it was smoother it would drop the paper with more ease and would be fine. I'll be going back to the Buckingham easy wipe though and keeping this as a spare. The Buckingham is a lot more Re money, but it's true what they say....You get what you pay for.

This really works for my Husband who is right handed, but has loss the use of it and has to rely on his left hand which isn't 100% either. Helps him feel more independent. Thank you
