Tramontina Boston Tri-Ply Clad Stainless Steel 6-Quart Braiser Pan with Lid

I love Tramontina. Takes a few tries to learn the best way to cook with them. I've learned not to cook anything on too high a temp.

I have been working to get rid of the short life span non-stick pots and pans in our house for lifetime purchases/tools. I bought 2 of the smaller pots and was immediately impressed. These are the same quality as ones with bigger names that cost 4x this price.

Very very good heat distribution across the bottom. I still have to remember (somehow) to not add cheese until the cooking is done, my bad. Overall I would highly recommend this to anyone using induction cooking.

Excellent quality! Tried another brand and it warped on first use.

Would have given 5 stars but it isn’t a pan I can use in the oven As far as cleaning goes , it’s not so easy a white glaze appears no matter how much you scrub. The ONLY solution I came up with is Bar keepers friend soft cleanser. Works like a charm.

Tramontina is the best on stainless steel cookware. I love the sturdiness of the material, its easy to clean, you can feel free to cook with no contaminants on your food like other materials

I have used this pan three times since receiving it and have been very pleased in all respects. It cooks well, is easy to clean and looks beautiful. I love the handles and they don’t get very hot on the stove. I highly recommend.
