Wordsworth & Black Bamboo Wood Fountain Pen Set for Writing, Medium Nib

Lovely, heavy pen. Delightful to write with.

This bamboo fountain pen is excellent. It is packaged in a bamboo wooden case that is durable for storage of the pen. It comes with an ink converter, but I removed that because it also comes with ink cartridges. I chose black and blue. It writes very smoothly. No shaking necessary to get the ink flowing. The pen is lightweight, so easy in the hand. The cap closes tightly so that the ink will not dry in the nib. I look forward to using this pen for a long time to come. They also sell ink cartridges separately, in many different colors. I bought 12 black.

The pen arrived in perfect condition and on the specified date. It came with ink cartridges but is easy to fill from an inkwell (my preferred option). It is comfortable to hold and a pleasure to use. I would definitely recommend this pen to anyone who appreciates fine writing equipment.

I just started to use this pen..took a chance on a moderately priced item ...confessing that the look of it appealed to me. Anyway, I am very pleasantly surprised. It is Incredibly light to hold and writes very smoothly....the nib vitally floats across the paper. I am using it to sketch on cold press watercolour paper and am very impressed. It really is worthwhile to try this..even my Lamy safari feels heavy compared to it. And yes, it was totally worth the risk! I have arthritic hands and find this pen extremely comfortable to hold for extended periods....and it really does look great!
