Great belt for WODs
This thing works!! I got the XS, I am 5'7" and weigh 140. I got this belt for heavy "leg days" in CrossFit. I have found, however, that it improves my performance on other CrossFit exercises where core support really plays a role, e.g. pistols, kettlebell swings, push press, etc. RXing a WOD w/ high-volume 53-lb kettlebell swings is much more doable w/ this belt! And, needless to say, it helps save my back on heavy deadlifts, squats, and cleans. The belt's contours make it much more comfortable to wear than other belts I've tried, as I have bony hips and a very short torso. I can get this belt really tight and it does not ever slip. It is a bit of a challenge to get on and off quickly due to the double layer of velcro, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad. I liked this belt so much I bought a men's one for my husband. Now here's my only caveat: make sure you measure your waist accurately before you buy!! This seller is a real pain to work with, and makes returning an item virtually impossible due to ridiculous restocking fees, etc. So be sure to really carefully measure your waist FIRST! If you do that, you will end up w/ a great belt you'll love.

Lovely purple belt, terrible packaging
The belt fits great. One note on sizing: my waist is 29.5" at the smallest part, but I got the x-small which was the right size. I got a chance to try on a small at my gym and though it fit I was all the way at the end of the velcro. Note that to put these on you should exhale, then _without_ breathing in, suck in your stomach. Then velcro and tighten down the belt. You want it to be snug, so you can take a deep breath and brace your abs against it when lifting. If there's someone at the gym with a belt you might ask to try it just to get a feel for the size.Note that you don't want to wear a belt all the time. When you're doing your warm-up sets or moderate weights you probably don't want to use the belt, so that you're training your core to stabilize the loads. Put the belt on when you're approaching your max weights.A note on the packaging: It was TERRIBLE. The tape at the top only covered one side of the flap, so when the package got to me half the top was completely open. (The post office had flipped one end under the other flap, like you'd do if you were keeping a box closed without tape.) Also, one side of the carton was ripped completely down to the bottom. I was somewhat shocked that the belt managed to remain in the packaging.

I freakin' love this belt
I freakin' love this belt! Upgraded from the women's Harbinger foam belt because that belt felt so wide and when I started squatting heavy, it felt like it made my torso want to bend unnaturally. This think is firmer, comfortable, and way more narrow in the right places. Perfect!

Great belt.
Arrived quickly. Tried it on and happened to brought the right size. Seems very sturdy but not thick enough to interfere with crossfit workout. The fastener takes a but to get used to as mentioned from other user but easy enough to figure it out how to get it on and off faster. It's a bit pricier than a similar belt online but the support design is different.

Great weightlifting belt
Great lifting belt. I train crossfit and I recommend this belt specially for heavy lifting. Make sure you get the right size! The Company accepts returns/exchanges but you have to pay $11 to ship back.

Great fit
My daughter is very petite. This was the only belt that would fit her small frame. She loves it! (Ordered extra small)

Finally!!!
This belt is perfect for women with short torsos. It never digs in the ribs or hips during squats. It doesn't get in the way during Olympic lifts like snatch or clean and jerk. Very durable.
