Great supplements
I have been taking these on a daily basis for a long time now, probably over a year. I have not had sleepless nights or hot flushes ever since. It has helped me control my menopause symptoms, I just feel normal everyday. I take these with the soya supplements.

Good size so you don't have to constantly think your going to run out. Has really helped me with my menopausal hot flushes and irritable legs. Definitely recommend

These really work for hot flushes
I have been suffering peri symptoms for a few years, getting worse this past year. Hot flushes are awful and I felt dizzy and my hair fell out, the vacuum was full of hair every time. Being vegan I had to find the right substitute and tried this, at first there was no change but after about 3 weeks I felt so much better. It took about a month to make me feel completely better and my hair started growing back. I ran out of these and forgot to re-order and within 10 days my hot flushes crept back. I quickly bought more and the flushes are almost gone now, they are on subscribe and save now! If you try them please give it time, they take at least 2 weeks to start working fully but you will feel better.

Einfach nur Vitamine
Die Tabletten sind klein und angenehm zu schlucken. Man nimmt 1 pro Tag. Nach 3 Wochen kann ich leider keinerlei Verbesserung meiner Wechseljahresbeschwerden feststellen. Es sind halt nur Vitamine aber keine pflanzlichen Inhaltsstoffe, die bei den üblichen Kapseln und Tabletten gegen menopausale Beschwerden hilfreich und bewährt sind. Habe jetzt andere Kapseln gefunden, die bereits nach 4 Tagen meine Hitzewallungen stark minimiert haben. Jeder Körper reagiert eben anders und braucht andere Zusatzstoffe. Muss man sich halt durchprobieren
