Does Not Sub Well At All
I bought this to make a gift for my friend who had a loved one pass away. This did not sub well at all. I’m not new to sublimation, nor are my products and methods. This mug was a huge waste of money and an even bigger disappointment.

Not a good product
The media could not be loaded. I wanted to like this product so much. But it failed me. First the ink didn't do well. It looks faded amd on my other items they are more vibrant. And then I washed the cup and water got between the cup. You can hear it in the video.

Didn't keep coffee hot.
I subbed on this for my husbands birthday and he used it for coffee today. It stayed hot for maybe an hour. It is advertised as staying hot for up to 12 hours. I'm very disappointed.
