The customer service team was great, they got back to us and let us know that the supplier was not offering the case that is shown with their product is not being offered anymore.The product it’s self works as good as the ARB branded product.

Works great if care is taken
I would have given it five stars but in order for this thing to work correctly you have put it on the schrader stem just far enough so the oring seals. If you tighten it any further then the core won't go passed the compressed oring and the tool won't work as intended.
