Perfect for low carb diets. Not full of sugar and when I eat this with almond milk, I am full for a few hours. Is this as tasty as the kids version we all see at grocery stores…. Not exactly. Children may not love it as much. But for adults who miss cereal and the comfort food it offer… amazing. So much cheaper then the “Magic “ brand. It’s filling, tasty, quick and great for a speedy meal. Obviously it’s not going to taste like the real thing, but most Keto treats are only “close” as is this. But it’s worth a try and all 3 flavors are really good.

Watch out folks, new study 2023 states ERYTHRITOL clots your blood and leads to heart attack and stroke. I threw it all away...it is up to you, also watch out for SOY products as I almost had uterine cancer, I stopped eating soy products and reduces my uterus thickness from 9mm to 2mm in three (3) months time. Otherwise a hysterectomy was on the list. People do not realize what they eat has an impact. Do your research. I hope this helps, from my heart to yours ;-)

I bought the variety pack and couldn’t eat the cinnamon but the peanut butter is good. Just really expensive for cereal.

When paying for a product like this, I expected the expiration date to give a larger window. 1 mo for 3 boxes is too narrow. Disappointed. Won’t order again.

The media could not be loaded. Rather expensive fuel source, but the non-nutritive cereal varnish seems to work. It's a good replacement for the tide pod challenge, idk what else you would do with this product besides challenge your friends, or punishment for loosing a bet.

Couldn't finish the first bowl! Taste like saw dust with a light sprinkling of Splenda. Don't waste your money. I have been on keto for a while and know what to expect from a so called "delicious" product. This product is horrible. I was going to try the chocolate version, but not going to waste money. Thanks to Amazon for letting me review.

Palm kernel oil as an ingredient. Many people like myself have had bad reactions to this controversial ingredient. Check ingredients before purchase.
