i finally replaced ballasts and blubs as well. now both of them arent work anymore everything i tired. its not still work. what i do?

Did you check for 12V at the socket when the lights are turned on? You might've blown a fuse. Ask me ho I know. ;)

I put these in my 2004 chevy express van and i am not getting any light and there is power going to plug

you can try to rotate the plug to the ballast see if that would fix the issue cause those ballast need to match the correct positive and negative power to work.
