Mic Stand Extension Tube, 5/8" Female to 5/8" Male Microphone Extension Pipe for Desk Stands & Arm Stand

This extension tube is exactly what I needed to lower my microphone a bit. Now the connection wire doesn't interfere with the rest of the arm when I move it around. It feels solid and the extra screw adapters were nice to have just in case.

I had to get a brand new microphone (PreSonus Revelator) after my primary mic died right in the middle of a project, but when I attempted to attach the new mic to my Rode PS1+ mic arm, I realized there wasn't enough clearance to plug in the cable. This was exactly what I needed, fixed the problem completely in seconds. Good quality, sturdy metal, good quality finish, feels like it will last me and blends in perfectly with the Rode arm AND the mic.

Good quality threaded pipe. If you need one, you need one. I needed the extension to fit my SM7dB to my R0DE boom arm without interference. This does the job nicely and matched the finish of the mic and boom I have giving it a seamless look.

It gives the SM7B some extra reach and helps it fit properly with extra wiggle room for the cable.

Honestly, they were better than i expected them to be. They were solid and most importantly, thread together nice and tight with no wobble. Lets see how they hold up over time
