Can u cut it little longer? i need 45" long ..

Dear friend, we're sorry that we cannot provide the size you need right away. Generally we only sell the car grill mesh sizes 40'' listed on the product detail page. We are very excited that you have adverted to our mesh grill and thank you for your understanding.

Can this be bent over double

Bent? Why not just stack it. It's pretty thick, I believe the thickness is in the Q&A (I asked). I use it for radiator protection. You can always get a tighter pattern for a very small opening

Will the 11x25mm be enough to do the whole front end of a 2015 gt350 mustang bumper ?

I’m not sure but it did cover all behind my grill on a 2005 Chevy Tahoe (even had to cut some off)
