Le Creuset Toughened Nonstick PRO Fry Pan, 12"

It was time to upgrade when we bought an induction stove top. After much soul searching I settled on Le Creuset. I bought the10 and 12 inch pan. I have had them for two months and used both quite a bit. Fantastic. Even heating. Non-stick but still browning well. Easy to clean. No warping. Very comfortable handles which stay cool. Simply very very good frying pans. Still look like new. Photo: Spanish tortilla, started in the 10 inch pan, turned into the 12 inch. Clean and easy release.

I love it, but too small…my mistake. I returned it.

I got rid of all my non-stick pans and pot and replaced them all with Le Creuset to minimize harmful chemicals in our food. I have their dutch oven, braiser, skillets in multiple sizes. The only downside of the ceramic coated cast iron pans is that it's still hard to cook egg and fish without adding a ton of oil. So I decided that I still need at least one non-stick pan for eggs and fish. This is the only non-stick pan I have and it has performed very well. Easy to clean, heats evenly, very easy to cook with and the size is perfect for a quick egg dish or fish. A quick wipe and rinse with warm water and that's it.

If you’re looking for a little pan for eggs or an omelette this is perfect. It’s a great deal and easy to clean. It’s very durable and no forever chemicals involved.
