Not taking my weight. It should be stiff, hard. Useless . Maybe useful for 10 kg body weight .
Beware. Im 74 kg. The arch couldnt bear my weight. Useless for me.

High arch, good insoles for plantar fasciatis
These insoles feel rock hard to touch so I was a bit worried about wearing these for my plantar fasciatis, expecting them to hurt my feet, but they feel very comfy in my shoes (when worn with socks). I have been recommended these to correct my flat footedness as I've been getting knee pain when walking. I do so much walking daily with my job and two dogs, always on my feet. First day with these and the support on my arch feels great, plus like I mentioned they don't feel hard or uncomfortable either. So far so good! Most other insoles I've tried don't seem to have as much of an arch as these, so these seem really good and a great price too!

Very effective at reducing knee pain resulting form flat feet
I was pleasantly surprised at how well these stay in place. I bought these alone with 2 different pairs of full inserts. These are just as effective as those full inserts at providing support for my very flat feet. Since using high arch supports my knee pain has been reduced to almost none.

love them, if you have high arches
if you have high arches, please use these! i have very high arches and walking in flats or runners/sneakers or even boots can be uncomfortable by the end of the day, but these inserts are fantastic - i have 3 pairs and i wash them in the washing machine every so often and put back in to shoes. i am a 6.5 shoe size i got the smallest/shortest for the insoles
