These work better than others have.
An audiologist prescribed hearing aids for me and they cost £1500 an ear👂. After her adjusting them several times for me, I got a refund as the performance didn't equate with the price. I tried some behind the ear ones from Amazon which were OK but then I saw these and, FOR ME, they work fine up to now. (A few weeks of wearing) my hearing loss is age related. I can only comment on my own, personal experience they might not be great for everyone. They are easy to wear but can be seen easily so I cover my ears with my hair.

I cann nnot say anything good about these amplifiers
one of the amplifiers would not charge up.and the other one gave out a continues whistle.i am so disapointed they are compleat waist of money.The volume button is to small to use .

Sound amplifier not a hearing aid as such
Arrived today and I have used it for 3 hours so far. Its not very comfortable to wear and ear feels almost bruised upon removal of the device. Definitely not as comfortable as some in ear hearing aids. It amplifies the sound but does not filter sound at all, so all sounds are louder, which is not ideal really. Spraying on hairspray sounded like a chip fryer next to my head ! Will use it until my much anticipated appointment for a new NHS hearing aid but no good long term.

No apparent difference in hearin using these.
Have tried unsuccessfully for a couple of weeks to get these things to make a positive difference to my hearing. The volume control is so small it’s extremely difficult to use.
