Does this come with Alexa drop in feature?

Portal does not have the drop-in feature currently, but we know this is a highly desired functionality. Thank you for asking!

Does this only connect wirelessly or can you connect via ethernet?

You can connect via Ethernet if you purchase a USB-C Gigabit Ethernet adapter. I have verified functionality on Portal Plus and Portal TV.

Can the portal plus hook up to a tv like portal tv?

I would say no. I think each portal device is its own delivery system. We have the one for the tv. The one you seem to be asking about looks like a tablet. This is a good question for Facebook, or Amazon. We love our Portal. We have it on the 65” in our Family Room. So lifelike and the smart camera follows people if they move around or talk. So it is not static. Hope this helps!
