This is a fantastic, every backer need to have this kind of silicone fondant tool

I am not putting my designs on cakes! These molds are wonderful to decorate anything that you can think of. The silicone is flexible and easy to work with. The design details are beautiful. I used light molding paste in my molds so that when dry they were flexible but you can use acrylic caulk also. It does take longer to dry but the results are great and less expensive.

These are perfect for making delicate lace-like trim, but I would not recommend them for air dry clay. I used latex caulking to make the trims, and it works beautifully. There are YouTube videos that run you through the process.
