I recently added bcaas to my daily routine while going to the gym and this flavor actually tastes pretty good. It mixes fairly easily into my water jug and I’m able to sip on it while working out. I would say you get your moneys worth on this and the quality is better than other brands.

Pretty good for an amino acid supplement
Most amino acid supplements are nasty even though many say they are flavorful. This one is actually pretty good in my opinion. I've tried many others and so far, this one is the best from a flavor standpoint. It mixes well and goes down smoothly. I don't have any measure of quality but I assume it's equal to its competitors. I take it first thing in the morning and last thing at night, on an empty stomach. I do seem to recover more quickly.
