For starters ... I always read the negative reviews FIRST. So I was very skeptical about this chair. I did a lot of research on chairs for my home office. I wanted lumbar support, comfort for long term sitting and functional. SO once assembled thuis chair does everything that the video shows. So if you're not getting everything out of this chair I suggest you READ the instructions carefully and reassemble the chair. I say that because my son did not want the instructions and it was almost right but not quite. I started to get frustrated saying the reviews were right. Finally we went over them throughly and even watched a YouTube on it. What a difference because now it's perfect. So I'll say it again FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS!PROS: Does everything the video shows.CONS: wish it came in WHITE. But I just bought a cover for it.

The chair is decent and comfortable. The chair is made cheaply and the plastic is not made to last. The headrest broke after 1.5 months of using it. I am not a huge person and only weigh 165 pounds. They say they have a 5 warranty on the chair, but that is not true. Amazon said I could return the chair for $60. All I want is another headrest. Good luck if you decide to get this chair. It's not worth the headache.

I have had this chair for two years. It has done great the mesh has held up well and nothing torn or broken.I have had one problem though. The latch for the bed has stopped working and it only reclines all the way back. It won’t stop at the different recline levels.

I should have paid more attention to the reviewers that noted how there is no mechanism to lock the adjustable back support. Even the most subtle shifting while sitting causes the back to fall into its lowest position. This is a frustrating design flaw that is only trumped by the lack of adjustable seat height. If you are short (I am 6'5") this may not be a problem, but otherwise it sits very low to the floor. The only feature of this chair that i liked was the lumbar support, which is excellent, but wasted on this cheap China import.

The chair I received was used and missing some parts. got the parts replaced, and finally got it put together. It is extremely uncomfortable. If you're looking for something that is like a Herman miller chair just save your money and buy the real thing
