I have purchased from this company a couple times, both pans and utensils. The porcelain surface cooks nicely. Their spoons will not scratch. Amazon sent me this pan. Sadly. The lid was broke in shipping.

I got this for my mom. She wanted a pan without the long handle, but with small handles that don’t get hot. Harder to find than one might think.She absolutely loves it. Exactly as advertised. I would definitely order it again, when I need another 🙂

This is a great option for those looking for a ceramic grill pan. The ceramic is only a coating over aluminum, so it distributes heat pretty well but does tend to burn food if you're not careful. It's pretty thin and heats up very quickly, but can overheat as well. It sears food well and comes with a lid to seal in flavors.It's a pretty good value for what it is, though you might consider a cast iron grill pan as an alternative.

I was surprised to see a grill-cut bottom on this one since on the pictures posted I didn't see that. Not sure why. I thought it was a flat-bottom frying pan only with lid. It's not, which makes it slightly harder to cook in it and clean it, but I still love this brand and quality, so I highly recommend it.

I have to admit, I am a big fan of pink. I love the retro vibe it adds to my kitchen. I also love the ceramic nonstick as I am moving away from PTFE nonstick for health reasons. This little grill pan is great for chicken breasts, chops, steaks and more and clean is so easy. Love how it browns too!
