How much does the bar alone weigh?

According to my (not very accurate or sensitive) bathroom scales about 8oz or 0.2 Kilos. When I've used mine, I can't tell any difference between using the Total Gym on its own with using the Gym with the Weight Bar without any weights.

No. The Supreme model lacks the necessary holes in the glide board to install a bar.
