I love this unit and am extremely impressed so far! I have an older Dr-Ho's Tens machine and found this Belifu unit when I was searching for some replacement pads. I felt the price of this machine was very good so I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did! I have carpal tunnel and admittedly jumped into using the unit day 1 without reading much, and ended up triggering some pain in elbow somehow. I think I had the intensity too high. I did a bit more reading online and discovered a better way to place the pads on my hand/wrist and noticed an immediate improvement. I placed 2 on the front and 2 on the back of my hand/wrist on separate channels so I could have different intensities and used the Hand setting. I can't believe how much better it feels today! My elbow is fine now too. I really like how many different modes this unit has. I've also been using it on my back for sciatica and it's so nice to be able to switch up programs and try different modes, and even different pad sizes. I mostly like the Back and #7 setting on my lower back. I also love that this unit uses snap pads. It's so much better than my old Dr-Ho's unit because you can just easily snap free but leave the pads on to use again later if you'd like to take a break without having wires dangling from you. The Dr-Ho' pads are harder to disconnect and frequently I wouldn't, which just leads to the pads getting dropped or hitting clothing or wires, when trying to put them on while wired, and ultimately the pads get dirty. The oversized plastic pad covers are also very nice. It makes it easy to protect your pads without having to be overly precise. I can tell that the pads are high quality and will last along time but I also picked up some Electrode Gel separately, which really helps to prolong pad life and get them nice sticky again. I find that when the pads get too dry is when the message feels like it's burning. The Electrode Gel also brought my old Dr-Ho's pads back to life but I doubt I'll be using that unit much now because this Belifu unit is so much better! The snaps are also convenient because my kids enjoy this machine with me. It's so much easier to get pads in place on 2 people, get comfortable and snap them in afterwards. Having separate channel intensity and programs is incredible for this too! My kids also love machine. The hard carrying case is also very nice and perfectly sized. Most units only come with a soft case and I don't feel that would protect the unit enough or keep pets out. My cats sometimes get into my Dr-Ho's wires/pads because their soft case doesn't close. That won't be a problem with the Belifu hard case! The only improvements I'd like to see would be more placement suggestion pictures in the instruction book. 2 more small pads would also be nice. Ultimately, this unit is incredibly well thought out and just amazing. Shipping was also very fast. Even with the pandemic it showed up a week earlier than the initial estimate! I am extremely happy with the purchase and would highly recommend it!

Wow. I don’t often leave reviews but I’m making an exception for this as this TENS device is a real find. I’m using it for pain relief, however, it has 24 different modes which can also be used for massage, post-exercise relief & even one for weight loss. Other pluses include its compact size (it’s about the same size as a smart phone), a 10 hour rechargeable battery life, a large (& clear) touch screen with backlight, easy-to-use controls, lock (settings) & pause buttons, dual channels (choice of 1 or 2 leads for multiple area treatments), and plenty of choices of both leads (2 & 4 pad usage at 1 time, per lead), & different sizes of electrode pads; including several spares of each (leads & pads). There’s full & clear instructions included, & also a nice case to store it in. For the features, this TENS, at the price offered, makes it a great buy. I’d recommend this device to anyone having used it successfully for pain relief (giving pain relief I haven’t had in years), though, do check first that you can use it safely because of some medical conditions that recommend TENS machines are not advisable.

I am so thankful I took the plunge and bought this. It has helped drastically reduce some of my pain, especially in my lower back, to the point that activities which used to leave me in pain for days now pretty much go away after a session with this TENS machine. Included are 3 electrode wires (2 with 2 electrode attachments, and 1 with 4), multiple sticky pads to place on the skin (no skin irritation from the adhesive, either, and given that I have sensitive skin, this was something I was concerned with), the TENS unit itself (which looks like a cell phone, so it's really discreet), and an instruction manual, which really clearly lays out how to use the device, as well as the different settings and what they are best used for. As well as a hard-shell storage case, in case you don't want to keep the original box around but still want to keep everything neatly together. I suspect the adhesive on the electrodes will wear out with time and repeated use, though so far I haven't had an issue with that. I make sure to take good care of them, though, so they don't wear out too quickly. I know that the price may seem a bit steep when you don't know if it will help with any pain issues you may be having. I'm not a doctor, I can't say definitively that this will help you, but for my part, I found it very effective on one of the most troubling pain issues I was having, which to me, makes the investment worth it. Being able to function and move around more easily without relying on painkillers is worth so much more than what I paid, and I love having this little thing around now.

Easy to use, read the instruction clearly before you started using it or search on YouTube. This worked well with my lower back pain and I’m exploring other type of massage in the program. Happy purchase :) Ps order on Friday received on Saturday. Thanks to Prime!
