How is this not a choking hazard for little ones?

A choking hazard is something too small for you to retrieve without causing more damage for ta baby to choke on this they would have to swallow the whole thing. They may gag themselves on this but they need that reflex to prevent choking anyways.

How long can this product be used?

My grandson who is 18 months old still likes his. Any baby/toddler who is teething can find comfort in chewing on these. Very durable.

How do i keep the water in it to freeze it?

I dont fill them with water. Instead i run water over them and then freeze them. Still freezes enough to satisfy a teething baby

Is that teether safe? Wondering if will hits baby's eyes?

I feel it is safe. Very sturdy! We have a grandson who bites through regular pacifiers but these have held up very well. I have not seen it flip up and and hit his eye, but even if it did they are soft enough they wouldn't hurt. We have loved them.
