Does this shirt run large or small for the size?

The shirt is great! As for the size, I am a XL and the shirt fits right and it’s not oversized. So, the shirt doesn’t run larger.

Will this material keep you cool in the sun?

I bought this for my husband to wear in the winter when it’s cold. It doesn’t have any SPF qualities. The fabric is thin and soft and silky.

Is this a heatgear, coldgear, or a all season gear shirt? can't tell from the description amazon provides.

It's all around. My husband doesn't like jackets so he wears these under his shirts. It doesn't take much for him to get hot. He can wear this until it get's warmer but not hot. I personally could wear it all year around. I wear them on the boat when we fish.
