Can. LABO Nutrition Biogenics 16 and FloraGENESIS complement each other very well for optimal gut health.

LABO Nutrition Biogenics 16 is not a probiotic supplement, but it is a biogenic supplement, which contains bacterial secretion and bacteria body substance. Its's not digesting anything. It's the food for your gut bicteria who is then digesting everything. The more bacteria you have in your gut the better your digestion is. 
Best way to handle sugar is to stay away from it. Or if you take it take bunch of cinnamon. It levels out blood sugar and eases off sugar shock, although doesnt stop all the rest of the damage that sugar causes.

This works for me.  I have been plagued with gastritis and esophageal sphincter inflammation for over a year and the Labo Biogenics and Flourogenetics and Gastricell are most responsible for the decrease in symptom in the last three months, and I am continuing to take them hoping for an eventual complete cure.
