Deffective product
Product was deffective. I was heating for about 20 secondes then giving an error and shutting down. Product build is good however i ve had a bad experience.

The instructions for use are clear and easy to understand. The pot heats up the beads evenly. Great product. The different beads have worked nicely for each area of the body/type of hair they are designed for.

عند طلب السلعة لم يوضح بتفاصيل الجهاز قدرته الكهربائية وعند استلامه ووجد انه غير متوافق مع الجهد الكهربائي المستخدم في السعودية . حيث وجد ١١٠ فولت بينما المتوافق لدينا ٢٢٠ فولت كان يجب توضيح جهد الجهاز هل هو ١١٠ فولت أو ٢٢٠ فولت
