Great tub paint.
Before using this I had tried the rustoleum product. The Rustoleum did not cover well and caused me to smell colors and hear the future. No kidding that crap caused all of us to have to leave the house and it was still unpleasant hours later when we came back, it was still bad for most of the night, and that was with the house ventilation fan going. Plus, it looked terrible. I sanded, cleaned with alcohol, and ordered this. It has almost zero odor. Even less than a standard latex paint. I painted a five foot fiberglass tub and shower. I split the product and mixed up half for the first coat. It goes on very smooth and the semi gloss looks like the factory coating. Covered old rust stains and discoloration well on the first coat. Did a second coat after three hours. This coat made it absolutely a uniform white color with no sign of it being a paint job. Couple tips. Remove all the metal hardware, or tape up. It will not come off easily if you make a mess. Watch for drips because if you leave them sit a few minutes they will be hard to brush or roll out. I didnโt notice a couple in the bottom of the tub and ends up peeling them up before moving on to that part of the paint job. The texture of the bottom makes it hard to notice but after using a small brush to hit drips when they happened the finished coat looks perfect. The picture shows the product as it is drying. The uneven spots smoothed out while drying and look great. Even though it is advertised as water based, donโt expect to reuse brushes or rollers because it is very hard to wash out. I used the provided cheap roller and brush and they worked fine. Threw them away afterwards.

Durable and easy to apply, transformed my tiled shower.
I have been using this to paint my tiled stall shower. I had problems with the grout disintegrating and causing leaks. Grouted areas were prone to mould growth and hard to clean. Finally I had to repair an area with mismatched tile. Enter NADAMOO Refinishing Kit. This was exactly what I needed to finish off the repair and resolve the grout problem as well. This two-part paint was easy to apply with water clean-up despite the challenge of painting a small enclosed area like a shower. I tried to stretch a quart to cover the area I needed, but a second coat was necessary. I gave it the required five day dry time, but it seemed to be adequately dry well beforehand. The end result is a pleasant stall shower, which I elected to paint walls and floor the available beige color. It transformed my shower from a creepy questionable mould repository to a clean, bright and pleasant shower. There have been no problems since the application of the NADAMOO product. It is easy to keep clean with an after-shower spray. If you have plans for a similar project, beware any areas that have been sealed with silicone sealer. The paint will not adhere to these areas, and it is very difficult to get all the silicone sealer removed. If you have areas of your tile that need repair, be sure to use grout, not silicone.

Preferred to Rustoleum for MANY reasons!
I've painted my tub 3 times. The first 2 times I used Rustoleum (I had to "fix" the first attempt) and I'll never go back to it after using Nadamoo. My comparison are specifically for these 2 kits. 1. Finish - Nadamoo has a more satin finish compared to Rustoleum's gloss finish. I didn't realize how much more I prefer Nadamoo's finish simply because it hides imperfections. My tub is a 52 years old basic fiberglass surround tub/shower that they put in every raised ranch built in the 70s. It's beat up and the Rustoleum caught every last one. Nadamoo did not. It didn't hide everything but the satin finish is very forgiving. Also, Rustoleum can leave finish inconsistencies because of the gloss. Nadamoo avoids all of that with the satin-like finish and it's beautiful 2. The paint itself - this was the deciding factor for me. Rustoleum's kit requires you to work fast while using too many foam rollers. The Rustoleum paint would start to dry/harden as you were using it and the roller would get stuck to the tub and be ripped apart leaving little foam bits everywhere to pick out. Very annoying. I went through am entire package of foam rollers with Rustoleum. I could have used the same roller to do the entire tub. I didn't, but I could have. The Nadamoo paint, even with the harder added, stayed in liquid form in the container with the cover on. And there's no rush to paint as quickly as you can. I don't know about you, but any added stress when DIY-ing can lead to, well, having to re-DIY. Not my idea of a good time. Strategy is important when using Rustoleum but this isn't the case with Nadamoo. You still need a strategy but it's much less rigid since the paint doesn't start to dry immediately. 3. Cover - Rustoleum definitely has more cover than Nadamoo. But that's because Nadamoo is water based. It took 2+ coats since there was some patching needed before I painted and Bondo doesn't hide very well under white. I used the Nadamoo to "prime" the patches and it needed 2 priming coats. Then I put 2 coats on the tub. But you get more paint with Nadamoo than Rustoleum so there was more than enough paint for all of this. After seeing the finished product, I didn't care about needing more for coverage. It could still use another coat especially on the Bondo bits but with the curtain drawn, it's darker in the shower and I can't see it. And if I can't see it, it's not there. ๐ 4. Odor - Nadamoo has no odor other than smelling like latex paint. Rustoleum? Windows are open, masks are on and headaches are had. 5. Affordability - Nadamoo sends you everything you need. Well, ish. I didn't use the included foam roller and roller handle. But the plastic edged masking tape, the sandpaper and spreader I did use. Could they leave these things out and charge less? Absolutely. I used them because they were there but could've gotten by with out them. But if someone doesn't have any painting supplies then the included items might be helpful even though we all know included accessories like that are usually garbage. Otherwise, I found Nadamoo to be more affordable than Rustoleum. End result? I'd repurchase Nadamoo over Rustoleum because the finish doesn't last, it's much more difficult to work with and I'm nauseated thinking about the odor right now. In all honesty, I really hope to never have to paint another tub ever again. But if I have to, I'll use Nadamoo.

Very white
It is very shiny WHITE! I had to reseal my bath tub as a previous liner was coming off. This kit came with everything needed. The instructions were very easy to follow. Im happy with the outcome and the best of all the price for it. I looked at other brands that wanted way more. Itโs been about two weeks and itโs holding up great. The quality seems very good. The smell wasnโt too strong but I did have a fan blowing in the bathroom after I was done to help it dry and also get rid of some of the smell.

Came damaged
It has been now over 2 months and we took couple baths and showers. We donโt live in this house full time so usage of the tub was light. So far this is what I got to say about this item. It has improved the look of this old tub, thatโs for sure. Beats paying professionals or replacing the tub. But there is more: PROS: 1. Smell is not bad at all. Doesnโt feel like Iโm getting my lungs damaged while repainting an old tub. 2. Tub is slip resistant now due to the texture. 3. Easy to use, one time mix, and it can be worked with for 24 hrs without getting dry. Didnโt feel pressured with time. CONS: 1. Can was damaged. Leaked some out. I wasnโt sure if itโd work but I didnโt have time to wait for replacement so I used it. 2. I expected smoother finish. Iโm not mad, but itโs weird to have a tub with orange peel feel. 3. Ditch the roller that came with it. Use one with round edges. I had hell of a time applying this paint around corners. 4. It does seem to wanna droop so stay on it and keep rolling until it evens out. I still missed couple of spots. 5. It raised on couple of spots, kinds like black head or pimple. I had to sand a spot and apply ceramic repair paint kit. 6. Also the handheld shower head fell out of my hand and bumped the side of the tub and nicked the paint. I guess not enamel enough. We left it curing during for a week so that was not the problem. Overall Iโm not super happy about it. Weโll see if Iโll have to scrape it and redo it. Hope not.

Easy to use and very durable
This was a great product! I redecorated my guest bath and had no issues with application. Directions were included and easy to follow. I painted the tile more than a year ago and had several guest take really steamy hot showers and the paint is still going strong! Exceptionally durable product! Highly recommend!!!!

If you can paint, you can do this
This was an incredibly easy process. If you can paint a room, you can refinish your tub with this kit. It comes with everything you need including sandpaper and gloves. I suggest buying the extra wide (3inch) painters tape to use instead of the provided tape as it is skinny tape with plastic attached and is harder to work with than regular tape. I refinished a clawfoot tub which has a lip on the outside to paint. Using the roller here did cause splatter so just be ready for that. I was already repainting the outside so it was easy to clean up/repaint. This stuff wipes up just like regular paint. I used a combination of the pour and roller methods by pouring some paint directly into the bottom of the tub and then using the roller to put it up on the sides. I did this because I had to climb into the tub to get all the way around the lip and this made it easier. The directions say to wait two hours between coats but I found you could start a second coat about 15 minutes later. I did this with all 3 coats and preferred it. Gravity will pull the paint down and cause drips so I was able to correct them if I went in at 15 minutes. The "corners" of the tub were the hardest part because the roller doesn't really fit there and the brush just doesn't look as good. Overall looked very professional when done and easy to use. Our tub had previously been refinished. I did not remove all of the original finish, just sanded it to be rough and sanded the chipped areas (using a sander, not the provided sandpaper) Finish is smooth and clean. Very happy.

Big improvement, be patient
First, I painted a 6 foot brownish shower stall. I ordered 2 kits as I expected more than 1 coat. Well, had to open 2nd kit because was not enough for 2nd coat. 3 coats in and it looks ok. First I would recommend not using anything in the kit other than the paint. The gloves, roller and other is practically useless. I used foam roller from big box store as the original fell apart halfway thru first coat. Glad I had extras on hand. 3rd coat looks good, but have enough for a 4th so I'm going to do that. Appearance looks good and will be improvement over the 40 year old stall. Paint dries fairly quickly. No instructions on time to recoat, so I waite 8 to 10 hours. Overall I am satisfied, will report back in 6 months to see how it holds up

Very happy
More then pleased with this product . Was surprised to see everything that could be needed was in the kit . Preformed better then expected . Will advise anyone painting tile with grout, to paint the grout first and then go back to finish the tile

Great alternative to rustoleum's version, highly recommend
Bought this as the rustoleum enamel tub and tile is out of stock everywhere in Australia with no date that it's going to be available again, and we had to fix our bathroom claw-foot tub as our house is up for sale, so we needed something fast. After much research I landed on this one and we are so glad we did! It says it only really has enough for 2 coats, but I did 3 very thick coats and still had about 1/4 of the paint left over. For the last coat I even did a 'pour' coat and still had heaps which helped as I ended up getting spray paint on it after the 3rd coat and so just spot covered that and it worked perfectly. I chose to roll each coat which was a little tricky around the bends in the bath to not get lines where the roller edges hit the bath, but I took my time and was really careful and it worked great. The roller definitely leaves texture though so keep that in mind if you want a smooth finish. I actually loved the sand-blasted effect as it loomed vintage to me which suits our claw bath and heritage style bathroom perfectly. During the process I didn't wear a mask and had the window open expecting a terrible smell like the rustoleum brand but it hardly smelt at all! It actually smelt less than spray paints or wall paints which is amazing. Water based too which i prefer as it shouldn't yellow over time and made clean up so much easier. Came with the tools and painters tape, however I would recommend using better quality painters tape like Frog or 3M. I just closes the lid of the paint in between coats and it kept perfectly and is actually still find in the closed container in the shed, so it doesn't go off during application in between coats. Make sure to stick to the minimum hours of dry time in between coats and have the whole thing done before the time out to ensure a perfect finish. I placed a pedestal fan blowing on it to help it dry, but being done in summer, it dried super fast. Overall for the price we are absolutely stoked and I am so glad we were forced to use this one as I actually think we would be happier with this one than the more expensive and super stinky and oil-based rustoleum. We haven't used it yet, but it came out beautifully in the photos and the house sold with new owners loving the bath. Highly recommend.

Great product
Wonderful product. Works amazing and easy to use. Used it on tiles in bathroom and kitchen. The grey looks great. I wish they Had smaller sizes so that you could touch ups. I missed a few spots and the regular size is to much.
