Very solid and heavy duty shredder.
It is very quiet compared to other shredders we have had. It in very well built and pretty heavy. It does an excellent job shredding and I recommend it even though it is pricey. But you get what you pay for and I think this shredder is worth the price

This shredder does NOT shred CDs/DVDs
I've had other shredders that truly shred CDs/DVDs - you put them in the slot and they are ground up and disappear. With this shredder, when you put the CD/DVD in, its goes in a few inches and then the shredder stops and will not continue. The only option is then to reverse the shredder and pull the half-shredded DVD/CD out. This is not acceptable when it is clearly advertised as being able to shred CDs/DVDs. I will be returning it.
