Does it work with iPhone cellphone?

I haven't tested it them on an iPhone but it is Bluetooth so they should work.

Since the headphones don't come with a charger (only the cable), how many W should be the charger that I use? 18W is too much?

It most definitely comes with a charger. There should be a USB micro charger that you plug into the headset and the other end into a USB. Nowadays it's pretty much USB c chargers or a USB micro charger. I love this headset.
