Are these modeled off real butterfly species?

I do not know the answer to this question. The butterflies look very realistic, but I do not know about the species.

what are the dimensions?

1x1 - about 3x3. There is a crease so that wings can be folded out to make them look 3D. Some sheets are made of a heavy paper and one sheet was made of a thin transparent plastic. They are cute. Double sided stick ons to attach.

How would theh handle heat? I am thinking of putting them in a bathroom and i am worried the steam might effect the adhesive

Hi! The adhesive is pretty good and strong. I think as long as the area you put them on is clean and dry.. and maybe wait a day or 2 before getting all steamed up (so the adhesive has time to bond really well. These really are lovely , a great price and incredibly versatile

Has anyone taken them off the wall? Curious if they leave the paint intact.

I haven't tried to remove any yet, but I am going to guess that it will not hurt the paint or the wall. Plus, I absolutely love them! I have only placed a few so far, but am tickled how they look.
