Unboxing photos
I haven't used this yet but here are some photos of what you get. I had a hard time taking in what all of the attachments were about with the limited info in the product photos and description. Hopefully this visual is helpful for someone else. The stacked blades are pairs of the same blade.I am about to be doing a whole lot of cutting through wood paneling, drywall, dense 1" shiplap, and nails as part of a large remodeling project. My decision to splurge for the 700 was driven by the larger number of included attachments, and the rationale that the extra motor power would help cut through that shiplap more quickly.Update: I like working with this tool. The one downside I've run into is being locked into the Bosch Starlock walled garden of patent-tax blades. I'm sure they are good blades but in order to access the larger ecosystem of blades, so that I can burn through piles of discount blades, I'm planning to also buy the flagship Hercules oscillating multi tool from Harbor Freight (item 56214). I may also pick up a Dewalt cordless, but they also have a proprietary blade attachment system.

You get what you pay for.
The Fein MM700 is the best MultiMaster I have purchased. This is my 4th MultiMaster not because they wore out but because I would upgrade and give away my old ones to friends or family.

Well worth the extra money.
My 2008 lasted until 2021. My 2021 should make it to 2034 with almost twice the power and half the vibration.

Broke within a week.
The system that holds the blade in place broke within a week of arrival. Fein warranty repair has had the device for over a week with no update.

Strong working tool.
Doesn’t overheat like other brands and has more power than cheaper brands.
