Quality material and stylish design. Used this for a costume and it held its shape and the fabric was very easy to work with. I expected a partystore cheap hat, but the felting on this hat was sublime! I have a huge head and it fit me without any issue!

It must be a roll of the dice for sizes, because I do not have a big head by any means, 7 1/2 inch hat at most, and this thing barely fits on my done.
