How to fix finger irritation!
Hey everyone. For the price these are pretty good. If you want really high quality, you need to expect to pay around a hundred dollars. The issue people complain about is the finger irritation. The insides of the glove are not fully smooth. The seams should be on the OUTSIDE, not inside, for this type of stitching. Here's how to fix it. Turn the gloves inside out. CAREFULLY trim the excess material off with sharp scissors. Do not get too close to the stitches. Just clean up the excess leather and polyester. Then turn them outside in again. This will reduce the rubbing by half. After you use them a bit, the stitching will soften more and your skin oils will lubricate it. You can speed this up with a bit of diaper rash cream...NOT Vaseline. Takes 15 minutes to do this. Just be careful! Also, do not pull them all the way on. Leave a bit of space between the finger "v" and your finger webbing. The gloves don't slide around and are made for you to leave a little space. It feels weird at first, but after a couple rounds on a bag it feels perfect. Overall, good gloves.

Great training bag gloves!
My second pair--got these again because they fit perfectly, cushioning is excellent, and my first pair lasted two years!

Solid value at a solid price
Great product, a little lighter on the padding side than I was hoping for (1000% my fault, I just started getting back into hitting the heavy bag) but overall the feel, the comfort and durability is all there. Especially given the price point.

Sizing chart is way off! Buyer beware. (Updated 10/29/21)
Ordered a small (15-17 cm), based on sized chart description, for my 8 year old girl, who's hands fall between the 15-17 cm mark. Arrived on schedule and tried them on her that night. WAY TOO BIG! Even momma bear's hands that measure at about 20 cm had plenty of room to float around in. Would've kept them for momma bear but they are simply too big even for her. These are going back, which is sad because the build quality looks pretty good considering the price. It's too bad it's really difficult to find a true kid/child size sparring/grappling/mma style glove that isn't part of some toy package. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. 15.25 cm behind the knuckles palm circumfrence for my Jiu-Jitsu princess. Starting to incorporate some striking into her training and the shared gloves they provide, are simply way to big. Thanks in advance. Update (10/29/21): The seller, Brands Inn, contacted me not too long after I posted this review and sent back the gloves. I am very impressed with the way they handled my experience. They reached out to me to find out what exactly went wrong and immediately worked to correct the situation. It turns out that the gloves and size chart I was looking at are specifically for adults. They stated they would get the sizing chart thing cleared up to avoid future confusion. They also wanted to work with me to correct my situation. They advised that they in fact have "youth" sized grappling gloves. After several emails, and with a gentleman whos last name starts with a "W" (not sure I can mention names here) going well above and beyond what I would expect, I can happlily say that my daughter now has kids sized gloves. There are more details to what transired. But I would rather keep between myself and Mr. W. I can say with confidence that you WILL NOT regret doing business with these folks. They took good care of me and my daughter.... well beyond what I would have expected, and I"m sure they will take care of you should you have any issues. I look forward to doing future business with them. Oh.... the gloves are nicely made and I'm sure will easily stand up to the abuse an 8 year old can dish out.

Comfortable, durable gloves that make training a pleasure
I’ve tried a number of MMA and sparring gloves over the years, mainly because I train regularly in Muay Thai, kickboxing, and general martial arts, and I’ve learned that not all gloves are created equal. The RDX MMA Gloves have quickly become my go-to — they’re comfortable, protective, and surprisingly versatile for all types of training. I first picked these up when I was looking for gloves suitable for both grappling and striking. The pre-curved design immediately stood out — my hands slip naturally into the gloves, and I didn’t feel any awkward tension in the fingers or wrists. The Maya Hide leather feels premium yet sturdy, and after several weeks of intensive bag work, sparring, and pad drills, the gloves have held up without cracking or losing shape. One thing I particularly appreciate is the ventilated palm. My hands tend to get very sweaty during long training sessions, and these gloves help keep them cool and dry, which also reduces odor over time. The adjustable wrist strap gives a secure fit without being restrictive, so my wrists feel supported but not trapped, which is crucial when throwing punches or grappling. I’ve used these gloves for sparring with partners, hitting heavy bags, and practicing combinations, and they’ve been comfortable and protective throughout. Even after long sessions, I haven’t experienced the usual soreness or strain I sometimes get with less well-designed gloves. The fact that they come in sizes suitable for men, women, and even kids is a bonus if you train as a family or in a mixed group. Overall, RDX MMA Gloves are excellent value for anyone serious about martial arts training. They’re durable, comfortable, and versatile, offering both protection and freedom of movement. Whether you’re hitting the bag, sparring, or training in Muay Thai or kickboxing, these gloves make the experience much more enjoyable — I can’t recommend them highly enough.
