How do i find a condenser pn k226602h03 for the light on a hunter fan?

I looked for the exact fit and could not find a 2.5uf + 5uf + 6uf which I think you are asking about which was the one on my Hunter fan. I substituted this capacitor in its place which is 4.5uf for the 2.5uf the rest matched the original capacitor. The other issue is this capacitor is larger than the original due to the larger 4.5uf instead of the 2.5uf and barely fit into the space of the original capacitor. When you remove the old capacitor you will find it is held in place by double stick foam tape. I removed the old foam tape and used new foam tape to mount this capacitor, be sure to allow enough room so you can remount the lamp fixture. Symptom of capacitor failure on my fan is it would only run at low speed on any speed settings and would hum loudly using any speed above low. I tested the old capacitor and it failed 2.5uf but the other capacitors where OK. I took a chance that the 4.5uf would work in the place of the 2.5uf and the fan now functions at all 3 speeds. Hope this helps.

Exactly as advertised

Item came a day ahead of anticipated delivery. Color coding was identical to factory part. Minor issue is it is about 1.5 to 2 mm larger than original. Not using double sided tape to fasten internally or cardboard spacer was sufficient. I think this probably varies from model to model so every case may be different, depending on light kit, etc... other than that works like a charm. Three speeds again as it should be. Less than 10 bucks instead of over a hundred for a new fan makes sense. Depends on your comfort level in tearing things apart. This was actually pretty easy. Less than an hour start to finish. Used Wago instead of twist or crimp(original) , tinned leads before inserting. Time will tell on part quality.

Capacitor solved the problem.

My 3 speed ceiling fan was only running on high speed, or off, so I changed the capacitor and now the fan is running on all 3 speeds. Very happy with the capacitor.
