Installment guys were very fast and accurate and polite. The washing machine really amazing, with high securely system I didn’t believe most of the comments that said it has a loud voice during washing and drying, I preferred to try myself, and the voice is tolerable.

This washing machine has been a terrible experience from day one. The product quality is extremely poor, and it stopped functioning properly far sooner than expected. What makes it worse is the complete lack of after-sales customer support. No one responds, and there’s no help when you need it. I strongly regret this purchase and would not recommend this machine to anyone.

Im using it for a week now looking good, quite and easy to use. Need to be careful while installing it. It's vibrating as hight needs to be adjusted which is very difficult.

Remove the screws otherwise it will shake like craaazzyy

I was expecting my unit to be delivered in 3 days and to my surprise they were able to deliver it a day after I ordered. The machine arrived in good condition and now doing my 1st batch of laundry. No issues so far. Thank you for a quality service.

This machine is nice overall, I can't complaint about the looks and user friendliness of it. I would be a bit supporter if only it weren't that loud. On the normal cycle it's making some noise but nothing too annoying you can still have a conversation. But when you go up the spin speed and go for 1200 spins, it's like a plane taking off. For the first time in my life I could not hear my own voice ! It was a bit scary I even thought some was wrong so I went to check on it but nothing special was going on except the machine just doing its job. It does not move though, just loud. If you go on a long cycle that's more than the 15mntes quick cycle, you'll feel like you're in some sort of personalized loud hell w that 1200 spin. Overall, it does the job but is loud about it.

I liked it cause of it's size, looks and price at that time. We also used the same brand a few years ago and we didn't have any issue. Delivery was also very fast. But with this unit we haven't even reached one month of using and we had faced 2 issues. 1st, when I was removing the clothes at first we thought it was just static electricity. But when we switched off the main plug, it was gone. So I think it was grounded. We let it slide that time due to the hassle we would go through and since there's only two of us (me and my wife) using the machine and it would be a great habit to turn off the plug after washing before removing the clothes. A few weeks later while we were doing laundry and watching TV outside, we heard a loud bang and when I went to our toilet where the washing was, I saw it moving to one side frantically, the drum still spinning. I hurriedly run towards it and I immediately turned off the plug and it stopped. When I opened it and removed the clothes and water, I saw that the inner drum has collapsed downward. When I tried to look at answers, I discovered that the spring holding the drum might have failed. I immediately contacted Amazon staff and the agent swiftly initiated a return of this item and scheduled 2 days from now. It's a big hassle knowing we won't be able to do laundry until they get the machine from our home and initiate a refund. I also have to order a new one after they get this one.

The machine still works but has a fatal flow, after 4 years it has developed a very loud rumbling noise during the spin cycle, which points to WORN DRUM BEARINGS. This a death sentence for this model (Research this on the internet) This isn’t an isolated case, it turns out bearing failure on this type of machine is quite common, but it’s something most buyers are not aware of when purchasing. The average cost to repair it is around 250 €, which is close enough to the price of a new washing machine that many people end up replacing it instead of fixing it. Given the light use and the nature of the failure — a core mechanical component — this feels more like a design that doesn’t prioritize long-term durability. For a single-person household with careful use, I expected this machine to last significantly longer.”

La lavadora funciona de manera correcta por el precio que tiene. Hace muy poco ruido cuando funciona y en el centrifugado. Sin duda la recomendaría.
