Does Lemon sips break a fast?

Hi, after losing about 45 lbs (took 9 months) following ideas from dr Kellyanns bone broth diet, and kept it off for 2 yrs -- and wanted to melt the fat off my under chin, my belly, my hips and thighs. So i bought Lemon Sips -- I followed her guidance (in listing) and drank it with 1 cup of hot water, FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. THEN I wait at least 1/2hr before drinking my first cup of broth for the day. (I guess that is when i feel i am "officially" braking my fast) Second DAY i could already see a difference in my face and under my chin. I did this for 20 days and can definitely see a difference! I'm thinner overall!!! I'm taking a break before I do another round -- slow & steady works for me. Hope this helps you out.
