Great little product
I first bought this "Greenworks" product for my weed wacker cos I got sick and tired of the gas powered one I have. After using it and realising that the batteries could be used in many of their products, I bought this drill as well. Then, the leaf blower. All work really well and now I have 5 interchangeable 24 volt batteries and 3 chargers. What's next Greenworks!!

Was pleasantly surprised
I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this, the main reason for purchasing it was to try and stay within the Greenworks ecosystem. Upon trying it out, I was pleasantly surprised. The drill has more than enough torque and the whole unit feels nice and solid. Battery lasts a while and doesn't drain significantly while being stored. Overall, if you're looking for a relatively low cost drill but still want something of good quality id recommend this one. The overall quality will most likely surprise you compared to the cost.

Nice quality for the price

Powerful
It has plenty of power and is very well balanced. I bought it as a second drill so I wouldnโt have to switch between drill bits and screwdriver bits on projects that require pre-drilling holes. Great product! My wife loves it for her projects also.

Atrocious Quality-Control - Two Duds
Unbelievable! I have so many powered drills that I've bought over the last 22 years; it's not even funny. Ranging from cheap $20 Black & Deckers to nice $119 Milwaukee drills. I quite literally have 12 drills (from impacts, screwdrivers, hammer drills, etc) in my arsenal. In the last 22 years, I've never bought a drill that was defective until now - especially 2x in a row. In early March, Amazon offered this drill for $38 after tax....so I was like "Why not? I'd love to try out a 24V drill because my DeWalts are only 20V, my Metabo is only 18V, my Bosch is only 18V, etc. When I have to drill into steel sheets at work, I can sort of feel the 18V Milwaukee struggling. When it arrived, the chuck was just floating loosely in the box! It isn't possible to put it back on - when you put it back on, it snaps in, but with the slightest tug, it just comes right back out! Meaning if you drill a hole into wood and you pull out the drill bit, the chuck would just come out! As seen in the picture, the retainer ring that was supposed to have held the chuck in place is just loose. I opened up the drill and it is not possible to put the retainer ring back on because it sits inside a sealed cartridge similar to a car's transmission case (the cartridge that holds all the gears in place). Some of my DeWalt drills for instance - you can actually replace the gears if you open up the drill. A few days later, I figured since the 2Ah battery (that came included) was $45 alone and I only paid $38 for the drill + battery + charger; I would buy the same drill again (albeit for $55 now), and then just keep the defective drill. That way, when the new drill arrives, I would have two batteries for it - nice because I do maintenance and engineering for a few hotels on the weekends and it's nice to have a backup battery in the bag. I placed the order for a 2nd drill for $55....and when it arrived, everything looked fine. I lightly tugged on the chuck to ensure it was fine, and "are you serious!!!???"....the chuck came out with barely the slightest tug! LOL. I packed up both drills right there and then, and went straight to Whole Foods to return the drills. A SHAME because one of the reason I decided to give it a 2nd shot is because there are numerous Greenworks tools I wanted to get - because with two batteries, I could pick up many new tools such as the Greenworks 24V heat gun, the 24V glue gun, the 24V leaf blower, etc. With the atrocious QC issue (how hard would it have been for them to just take 0.5 seconds to check the final assembly?); I have no faith in any of those other Greenworks tool I was originally interested in. Like seriously - what if I got a Greenworks 24V circular saw, and while cutting wood, the blade comes right off and cuts off all of my fingers?
