Have an itch or sore muscles? Get this!
I love this back roller, scratcher, thumper.Perfect length for me. Feels so good. I mostly scratch and thump it. As I don't get a deep roll with it unless someone else is rolling it. But the nubbs are firm and I'd buy it again, but I don't think this will need replaced for a long time.
