Very good vitamin
Not good at writing reviews but I decided these needed a good shout out. I’ve been taking these for about 5 weeks now and I can honestly say I can feel a difference in my energy levels. I take one a day in the morning after food as I read not to take them at night. I feel more energetic and up for doing a few more things than normal. They don’t seem to have any side effects so I’m happy to continue with them.

The package wasn't sealed correctly cut open with scissors to find that capsules fell out the packet.
