How long to boil only (not bake) finding it really strange this isn’t anywhere.

this is a hard pasta made with semolina 15 minutes in boiling water if you like it al dente 12 minutes but this pasta is better when baked with sauce

What is the diameter of this pasta in inches? I bought another brand, and it was less than half an inch. Too small and kept flying out of the bowl.

It’s about the size of a nickel . I’m a chef and don’t understand your comment about flying out of the Bowl . Use a spoon or deeper dish . This pasta is great for soups and pasta salad . The kids love it .

Is this made in a facility with egg? Or any other top 8 allergens?

Not sure but I do know my daughter who is very allergic to eggs eats this at least 3 times a week with no allergic symptoms! It’s wonderful pasta, delicious! We’re vegans so it’s an important part of our diet! We add broccoli or asparagus plus Crimini mushrooms!
