Very pleased for what it is. Had one for several years, bought another for a relative because its pretty sturdy, lightweight, easy to move around. We use it on bare floors and some area rugs, and 1 or 2 carpeted rooms. Handles that well. I am not sure it's got enough power/agitation for dog hair stuck in a thick pile carpet , but other than that it works fine for us. Light at base is good, easy to pop the head off when vacuuming to use just the stick portion to get into corners under cabinets. Really no complaints for the price.

So far it's working great! The cord is long enough for me and it cleans up my maine coon's fur with ease. Hair does wrap around the brush a bit, but is easy to remove. I received the attachments and they work well. I recently had a rock go through my window and this made clean up a lot easier. I had no problem cleaning up all the glass, even the bigger pieces. The canister is small, but I don't mind emptying it. The only issue for me is how heavy it is. It is very easy to push, it's just too top heavy and my hands get tired and sore after a bit, especially if removing the top part to use as a handheld. I do have rheumatoid arthritis though, so for most people it probably won't be a problem.

First of all this vacuum is perfectly sized for stairs. It’s a little thinner, head the most vacuum and if you have carpet on your vacuum here, that’s a good thing. It is strong, picks up a lot of dirt dust. It’s lightweight and easy to handle. By all these small beef with it is that the head laid into place very easily you have to keep stepping on it to make it up a little bit more. But the battery life and size are perfect, and it’s easy to clean and empty.

The only thing I wish I could change is having a bigger collection canister and maybe a bit longer cord. Otherwise, I love it. I needed something light weight for my 8 yr old daughter to use so she can help vacuum when I have surgery. She had a complete anxiety attack when she used the larger heavier vacuum. But this one is light weight and she now thinks vacuuming is fun. Maneuvers easily arounf corners and furniture. Works very well on hard floor, rugs, and carpet. Has great suction power. There's a light so you can see in dark corners. It can get under the beds easy. It works on the couch well. The filter never needs changed. But having 3 cats, we do have to dump the canister twice as often as the regular vacuum. I was iffy on spending so much for a small vacuum, but I'm glad I did.

I bought this vacuum 2 months ago and wanted to wait to write the review till I had used it for a while and could write an honest review. This vacuum has worked really well in our house of 7 people and 1 dog. It has really good suction power and picks up all the dirt and dust I have run it over. It does take a few passes if something is a little bit bigger in size and at times I have had to lift the front end a bit to get the "bigger" item to go into the suction area. I am going to put a Pros and Cons list below with a brief explanation of each one. PROS: * Suction: The suction is very powerful on this vacuum. It seems to pick up most anything. * Lights: I love the lights on this. Very bright and light up the area I am working on. I love that there are even lights on the upper part that detaches. I like that I am also lighting up the area I'm working on when I don't have the bottom roller attached. * Maneuverability: This vacuum way better at maneuvering than any previous vacuum I have owned. I like how it doesn't have a big canister on it that gets in the way if I have to go under things like tables and such. You can practically turn the head on this sideways to get it into small spaces. * Unhooking Crevice tool: This is easily unhooked from the main part of the vacuum, with just the push of a button. * Cord Length: The length of the cord is just right. Not too short or long. I can hook it up to one outlet in a room and be able to vacuum the whole room. * Compact Storage: When you detach the Crevice tool and hook it on the front of the vacuum for storage it is really compact and easy to put in a small space. Stores much better than a canister vacuum. CONS: * Loud: This is a very loud vacuum. It has great suction power. Although because it has so much power and no canister, it does not have a lot of ways to filter the noise. So be prepared to not hear mush of anything until you are done. * Dust Bin Opening: I do not like the style of how this opens. It is on a hinge system which is great for easy opening, but if you don't hold it the right way above your trash can you could be vacuuming twice. * Anti-wrap rotator head: It is supposed to be anti-wrap, but it has still wrapped certain things onto the rotator head while using it. Luckily they have been easily unwrapped, but still wraps up. * Doesnt stand on it's own when fully assembled: It will stand on it's own if you disconnect the crevice tool top and place it on the base, but if I'm vacuuming and need to pick something up that got in the way, I can't just set this upright and grab the item. If you attempt this it will go crashing down. I normally have to prop it against something and in a good angle or it will still fall. Overall I am very happy with this vacuum and am glad I purchased it. It has been great and even the Cons I found about it were not deal breakers. That is why I wanted to write this review so others could get a thorough review of it and help them to make their own decision about it.

I love my new Shark HV343AMZ Rocket Corded Stick Vacuum Cleaner. My husband and I, plus several other friends went to visit another friend of ours in Wyoming. We of course had a wonderful time. To show our appreciation to our lovely host after she so graciously opened up her beautiful home to so many of us, we all pitched in to clean her home before we left, as good friends and guest should always do. We all did our part of cleaning her home. My chore was vacuuming. She had the most amazing corded vacuum cleaner, it was lite weight and easy to handle. It moved from bare floors, to rugs in the kitchen, to fully carpeted bedrooms with such ease, no adjusting needed The vacuum suction was incredibly strong. Vacuuming under bedsides, chairs and tables was a breeze. Plus, it had a long electrical cord, which was very nice and I did not have to worry about a battery operated charge running out before I was finished vacuuming. It made my chore much more pleasant, than was expected. When finished vacuuming, next came cleaning out the vacuum container catch all, it was so simple and less messy. It was so much easier to use than the much larger bulkier vacuum I used at my own home. After our vacation was over and we returned home. It was time to start my own chores. I pulled out my vacuum cleaner and started vacuuming. I realized at that moment how much more difficult my vacuum was to use. I mention it to my husband and I mentioned I like to have a vacuum cleaner like Pam’s. He said to text or call our Pam and see what model it was…I did just that! Plus, it gave me a chance to thank her again for the wonderful time we had. She probably thought I had lost my mind. But as good friends do, she did not question my sanity and she sent me a picture and all the information I needed, I found it on Amazon at a reasonable price and it arrived in two days. I just wish it came with wall hanger for easier storage, which is not included but it can be ordered separately. I still love my Shark HV343AMZ Rocket Corded Stick vacuum cleaner. Box and contents looked like a returned product in the packaging. Perhaps that was why it was on sale ( ?). Luckily it seems to work well. The motor is extremely powerful. IT IS NOT LIGHTWEIGHT! EVEN THE EXTRA LONG CORD IS HEAVY, but I am 75 and 4'8". The vacuum is as tall as me. So it was quite a work out to test it for just 15 minutes in 2 partial rooms The top with the motor is very verty heavy and you have to carry it around the whole time in use. It does not stand up by itself. and it was awkward to angle and move around with such a long handle, I was looking for a no tangle brush and it did pick up my long hair well. Will decide soon if I have the stamina to use it regular.

I first owned the Big $500 burgundy Mac-Daddy Shark, which unfortunately I left in my divorce. Upon transitioning from a 5500 sq ft home to my cozy 1500 sq ft condo, I decided I didn’t even really need the Mac Daddy anyway. So, after reading reviews, I decided to give this little mik 🤪 a chance and boy am I SO glad I did! It literally cleans just as well as the $500 outfit and picks up (as one previous reviewer said) “an embarrassing amount of dirt and dust..” and this just after using my Dyson for what now will be the very last time! I just thought Dyson was the best, even with its short lived battery. They are basically good for small offices only bc of that alone. This purchase will go down as one of my most favorite ever from Amazon, for the quality, size and value. I absolut love this “baby.” Also, so easy to clean. Shark brand is still the ruler it seems no matter its size; it possesses the exact same cleaning capability as the biggie, mUch more expensive one.. My reco…Just get it! You will not be disappointed and I promise you will love seeing all that dirt and dust collecting that dust cup. Suddenly, vacuuming is fun.

Over a year of usage now. Still works as a charm. Great for wood/vinyl flooring. Special brush and suction for carpet cleaning. Cord has enough length so that we dont have to unplug it everytime and plug in back, as we move forward for cleaning. A bit heavy- might feel pain if used for an extended time

Tenemos mascotas en casa y siempre hay pelo de gato en todos lados. Es fácil de usar y succiona muy bien los pelos de las mascotas. Se limpia fácil y es muy practica.

Me llego más rápido de lo esperado y super fácil de armar pero lo mejor de todo aspira hasta lo que no... muy muy recomendada

I'm a professional cleaner and I've gone through 7 vacuums in 3 years and returned all of them because they have insufficient suction, are hard to maneuver or break. This is the only one I have kept and I love it, great suction, doesn't clog or get hair tangled, easy to maneuver. Vacuums up large debris including paperclips and screws without issue. EDIT: I bought this in Oct 2024 and it still works just as good in June 2026

Incredible vacuum. Most importantly, I have very long grey hair that seems to shed continuously and my home requires nearly daily vacuuming. A wonder that people say it is so full & thick when I lose SO MUCH! My two sharks suck up this hair so efficiently , wrapping it around a cone. I Have NEVER had a clog or jam. And this new Shark is the Perfect match to the one I purchased 7 years ago. Now I can keep one upstairs and one downstairs. The light is a bonus and the ability to rotate around corners and lay flat under furniture is amazing. Only reason not 5 stars is that the first one came with wall mount and additional tools.
