Received as a Xmas gift and have used several times now. Very easy to assemble. Seems strong enough for my needs. I never plan on having more than 500 pounds on it, if ever that much. Only had a little over 300 on it the couple times I’ve used it and it felt plenty strong. Handles seem just a little wide. They rest on my shoulders farther out than I’d like which has left some slight bruising. I’m 5’7” 195 and not narrow across the shoulders so smaller framed men and women may not enjoy it.The slight bend at the end of the bar shifts the weight from a traditional straight barbell and definitely alters your center of gravity. Not able to lift as much as accustomed to doing and feel it more in the quads for sure. Just hitting different muscles than a traditional squat.

Poor packaging. Missing screws. Was not aware it was in three pieces. Would not buy again. Now I have to figure out what size threads, find countersunk screws, worry about lock tight. What a waste of my time. Returning it would be a huge hassle.The screws needed are four 8x1.25x25mm flat head (countersunk).

All four screws were too long and didn’t tighten and the bar had lots of play in it. The bars are aligned but the handle bars are way off. This is ok if you have one shoulder way higher than the other. The bar arrived in a heavy cardboard box with styrofoam. The foam was destroyed but the bar was ok with just a few marks on the bar and handles. I would love this for the money if it would have just been built straight. Will be contacting the seller about this.

The holes were not drilled properly so unable to put it together. The way it was packaged I am guessing it was returned before

This product has an acceptable level of value. I dislike the excessive width between the handles and the lack of cushion in the pad.

3 metal parts screw together fine.Issue is threaded holes in bar offset handles . Quality control missed this inferior drill and thread alignment. Someone would have to redrill 4 holes and secure. Welds are ok. H buyer beware

Does not fit on squat rack/ cage. Very disappointed. I cannot recommend this one. Measured and should have fit but doesn't.

This squat bar helped relieve stress on my shoulder while doing squats, which helped me be able to do more weight and get a better leg workout.
