after 1 snow storm they started to have problems the glue that held the caps on was not glued well enough and water got into most of them causing them to flicker or not work at all and I was not happy after I spent a couple hundred to do one tree.

I got the wrong item , it was a pink little flower stem . Useless to me but not worth sending back. Still would like the product I ordered but worried

Does what it's suposed to. Mine arrived with a short. Good thing that is somthing I can fix. Mine came in a crushed box. Possibly used or abused. Wires are thin and very lightweight. Too thin for comfort on AC power. Always unplug before handling or adjusting.

Put these up outside and the first rain they stopped working. I just took them down as they don't work anymore and they are water logged.

These are NOT “Waterproof”. These are NOT ip68 rated, Which would mean these are waterproof or submersible. Just research IP Codes, which would explain the terms. When these are hanging outside in the weather,such as Rain or Snow, water will always run down. These are NOT well Sealed, water has leaked from wires and has filled several Tubes. The problem is the poor QC-QualityControl and/or poor quality of materials. Telling potential Customers that these are “Waterproof” is absolutely deceptive and misleading.
