Q: Will the length will be below knee, I'm 5'6,? How long is the dress from neck/shoulder to the hem?

I am 5'7" and it hits right at my knee. I have a very hour glass shape, but athletically so. If you are super busty or really curvy the dress will hit right above the knee if not it will be right at the bottom of the knee. This a very well made flattering dress. I teach in it. It's profressional and feminine.

I'm 5'5" approximately 127lbs and I ordered a medium. It fits well around my bust and hip area but the sleeves are a tad snug (but not too bad). When selecting your size I would recommend you pick the size based on your bust and or hip measurements.

I’m 5’4”, and weigh 140-145. I have a size 8/L and it fits well. I would imagine a 10-12 would work. It seems pretty true to the size chart.

Yes, it is. For reference, I am 5'7", 130# and purchased the medium, short-sleeved dress. The dress comes just to my knee. I would pair it with a cardigan or cropped jacket. The fabric in this dress has a nice weight and drapes nicely, but you want to make certain that you wear underwear that is seamless. Good luck with your interview!
