You put the boards in and tighten the handle. Perfect miter clamp to hold while gluing or fastening. Took 1 second to hold my L molding. Not sure how you can rate less than 5 stars when it does exactly what it's advertised.

These are extremely well made and worth every penny. I built some cabinets and these were perfect for holding the corners in place while I glued and screwed and kept everything square. Very well made, quality is heavy duty and they seem extremely sturdy, I see no reason for these not to last many more years. I wasn't sure with screwing them on and off, if I was going to really like that feature, but I ended up loving it more than the other squeeze on clamps I have. You can actually see it pull them into place. Very happy with this purchase.

These some pretty nice corner clamps. When looking around at the big box stores, I found corner clamps that I would say were a lot nicer, but they were also a lot more expensive than these corner clamps. I will not use these very often, so for the limited time I plan on using these clamps, the price is definitely great. I had not problem getting them to work as described and designed. Definitely helped me secure and square up corners.

These are what new woodworker needs. They are built very good, easy-to-use and really help in aligning 90 degree corners freeing your hands to nail.

I thought these would be great for cabinet construction, but more often than not I find they are too big for anything other than clamping up large, open carcasses. They are too big for standard size drawer boxes (the handle protrudes too far). They are also unwieldy and require two hands to align and set them in place, which is tough when you're also trying to align and hold your workpieces (while wet glue gets everywhere). I bought a set of corner clamps that consist of an L-bracket and non-detached clamps like these: https://a.co/d/783LJ5O and found that they work much better

I used them for the first time to help make some book shelves for my wife. They worked great. Fantastic for woodworkers.
