Are these all 20g protein waters?? Or is it a mixture of electrolytes drinks as well?

No they are not. Message from seller after complaining “brand” have discontinued the 20mg product and it’s now 10mg. I can see the confusion given the images and all but one line of the product description says 20mg. Also the price has gone up and the quality had gone down July/2022
